We offer private kickboxing classes to students of all levels and ages. These sessions are offered all day, every day, at a time convenient to you.
1 hour class
Our TMAP BASIC class is for novices or people who have been away from fitness training for a while.
The kickboxing classes are structured around the Mo-Gei-Do™ kickboxing curriculum, and are designed to teach you martial arts skills to a high level whilst also developing your fitness, flexibility, strength and body tone.
To gain the most benefit from kickboxing training with us we suggest you attend twice a week, although an option to attend once a week is also available.
Classes run Monday to Thursday (Check timetable for times)
1 hour 15 min class
Our TMAP INTENSIVE course is designed for people with either previous martial arts experience or an already good level of fitness.
The first hour is structured around the Mo-Gei-Do™ kickboxing curriculum, while the final portion of the class is devoted to pushing and developing your fitness and martial arts skills to an expert level.
This kickboxing class features the use of punch bags, pad-work, skipping, sprint cycling and form-fighting to push you to a new high of performance.
Intermediates classes run at 7am Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10.30 am
Wednesdays, 7pm Thursdays & 7.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays.
Seniors classes run at 6pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
1 hour class
Our focused class is for semi private/small group training. The structure of the class is similar to that of our intensive class but also incorporates pad work and has the added benefit of a small class size between 2 and 8 people.

Classes run at 10.30am Mondays and Thursdays, 12pm Saturdays and
Sundays & 8pm Tuesdays.
The class is suitable for men and women of all levels, and includes basic techniques, bag work, circuits and both solo and synchronised form fighting.
Light sparring is also available to orange belt grades and above who wish to make contact. Full protective equipment is required for anyone wishing to participate in this class.
Classes run at 10.30am Thursdays, 12pm Saturdays and Sundays & 8pm Tuesdays.
