Beginners Kickboxing

Our TMAP BEGINNERS class is for novices or people who have been away from fitness training for a while.

These Kickboxing classes are structured around the Mo-Gei-Do™ Kickboxing curriculum, and are designed to teach you Martial Arts skills to a high level whilst also developing your fitness, flexibility, strength and body tone.

To gain the most benefit from Kickboxing training with us we suggest you attend twice a week.
