Our TMAP BEGINNERS class is for novices or people who have been away from fitness training for a while.
These kickboxing classes are structured around the Mo-Gei-DoTM kickboxing curriculum, and are designed to teach you martial arts skills to a high level whilst also developing your fitness, flexibility, strength and body tone.
To gain the most benefit from kickboxing training with us we suggest you attend twice a week, although an option to attend once a week is also available.
