A Letter to our TMAP Community

Dear TMAP member,
As part of our Dojo community - we wanted to reach out to update you, and also to ask for your continued support at this difficult time.
We are currently having to face some serious challenges as a Martial Arts Club and the recent government announcements have compounded the pain, frustration, and uncertainty we are left with.
Whilst as a small business we would like to continue to ride the storm as long as possible, we must put the safety and wellbeing of our members and staff first. We have therefore made the very difficult decision to suspend both Dojos for the foreseeable future.
A number of you have offered to continue to pay for your membership even if you are currently unable to attend. This is very much appreciated and will make a huge difference to us as a small business.
With this in mind, Sensei’s William, Russell, Coach Abel, and the whole TMAP team are asking all members (who are able to do so), to please support the Dojo during this difficult time and continue to pay your monthly or your child’s termly membership if at all possible.
You will not lose anything by continuing to pay for your membership as we will organise payment pauses/holidays in the future or give credits for you to use towards private classes or equipment etc. We are also looking into video content for all students to study whilst they are at home.
By doing this you will help to ensure the Dojo can hopefully re-open and again be a focal point for the community.
We realise this is a worrying time for everybody and very much value your support.
During this time the reception desk will not be manned so please email any queries you may have. We will naturally keep in touch with any further updates.
Ouss and Thank you,
Sensei William, Sensei Russell and Coach Abel and The Martial Arts Place team
